Our Story

 

Ken Durst

 

Ken Durst has been fixing things since he was a kid. Growing up on a small farm in rural Wisconsin, he had to be handy with a tool box. After graduating from college, Ken worked as an auto mechanic for awhile until a better opportunity came knocking. Ken packed up the family and they moved to Madison, where he started work as the primary Field Service Tech for a small supplier of industrial packaging solutions.

 

Fast-forward 25 years and Ken is still in the business, having built up his good reputation and client base one broken machine at a time. Ken opened his own industrial packaging solutions business 10 years ago and it was one of the best decisions he ever made.

 

His clients know him to be honest, straightforward, and true to his word. It's a big part of why they have stuck with him. It doesn't hurt that he has a true passion for solving their problems, no matter how challenging. 

 

Over time, Ken Durst LLC has grown in service ability. In addition to offering preventative maintenance and field service, service also includes selling equipment and industrial sewing head repair.
